Due to the nature of the products we sell directly to the homeowners and all of the technical aspects of properly installing and testing these products, you must read, understand, and accept our terms and conditions before purchasing any parts. If you do not understand or agree to these terms you must call a licensed and reputable heating and air conditioning contractor in your area for assistance. Your safety comes first and the manufactures warranty requires it.

• All parts we sell are meant for installation by a qualified, licensed, HVAC technician. All parts will be installed to all federal, state, and local codes as well as the manufactures instructions per part.
• All parts we sell you require that you get a professional in the HVAC industry to help you properly diagnose, properly and safely install and test the part you purchase.
• AC Parts and Supply, and / or any of our distributors will not accept any responsibility for any damage to the part, the equipment, the surroundings, or any damage from injury or death to any person during the installation of any part or supply that we sell or by dangerous conditions as a result of improper part or supply installation resulting in property damage, injury or death.

By accepting these terms and conditions you waive the right to bring about any legal action against AC Parts And Supply, its parent company, or any and all parts distributors.
