Shipping Information
We utilize UPS shipping to all 50 states of the United States Only. Most items will ship the next business day if ordered the previous business day not including weekends. Orders that have to come from the manufacture may take longer as we have no control over their shipping policies.
Note: U.P.S. does not ship to P.O. Box numbers and require a physical address to ship to.
Shipping costs will be added at checkout on all orders. Any special orders that are not featured on our website will require an email. You must include as much information about the part that you can. To help us find your part we will need the following:
Model and serial numbers of the equipment that needs the part
Any part numbers that you may see on the part itself
You must give a complete description of the part that you are looking for.
There is absolutely NO RETURNS on special orders. No exceptions!
Special note: U.P.S. does not operate on weekends. If you order a part next day air remember that we cannot be responsible for a U.P.S. delivery schedule. Please order the part on Thursday before 12:00PM Pacific time to allow for a possible delivery before the weekend. (That delivery could depend on the carrier schedule as well and the area in which you live.)
Please note: AC Parts and Supply does reserve the right to change our prices or refuse any sale to anyone without notice.
Once you place an order with AC Parts and Supply we will process the order in a timely manner. We will process your credit card order and upon approval by the credit card company we will send you an email confirmation stating that we have received your order and are currently processing it. Once we confirm that your part has been physically shipped out to you, we will send you another confirmation email stating that we have shipped the product out to you. Please set your email box spam settings to accept our emails for we will only send you a confirmation one time.
When you receive any shipment from us please immediately examine for damage and if damage found report it to the carrier (U.P.S). We use every packaging method available to ensure that your package arrives in good condition. Any returns must be pre authorized by us before they can be returned. See “Terms and Conditions” for details.
Cancelled orders:
If you choose to cancel your order please note that we can only cancel the order if it has not been shipped out yet. You will be charged a 5% service charge that will be deducted from your credit card refund. If your order has already been shipped the order cannot be cancelled.
