Return Policy
1) All returns must be within 30 days from original order date.
2) Items returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number will not be accepted and returned at the customer’s expense or kept.
3) Credit will not be given for returned items without a Return Authorization number.
4) There are no returns for special order items.
5) If the wrong part is shipped, returns will be accepted at no charge and no restocking fee. The customer must contact us regarding mis-shipments, and upon review of the order, we will contact your with a Return Authorization number and a shipping label AC Parts and Supply will then ship the correct part, supply, or tool back to the customer with no additional shipping costs.
6) If an item you purchase is defective please contact us immediately with a description of the problem. Upon approval we will issue and email you a Return Authorization number and a shipping label. At that time please ship the part back to us with the return authorization number on the shipping box. Cross shipments can be done as a new order. Once we receive the defective returned item we will test it to determine if it is indeed defective. We will notify you of the results via email at which time you will receive a refund as a credit to your credit card if the item(s) is(are) proven defective and not caused by improper installation, misuse, or operator error. If the item is not found defective or defective due to installation, misuse, or operator error, you will also be notified via email and you will not receive a credit for that item which was not found defective or the related shipping charges. All warranty returns past 30 days of purchase must be handled by the manufacturer. AC parts and Supply cannot process any manufacture warranty claims at any time and will not assume any liability thereto.
7) If you purchase an item that you do not need that has not been opened or marked on, you can return the part within 30 days and will be charged a 25% restocking fee. The item must be sealed up in the original box with all original packaging, instructions, and all paperwork that came with the parts. The part or box it came in cannot be damaged in any way or the return will be void. Before sending the part back you must contact us and state the reason for the return. We will then notify you with a Return Authorization number upon approval. The Return Authorization number must be written only on the shipping box and not the part box itself. Any markings or tearing of the part box will void the return. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item or items. Upon receipt of the part, we will inspect it and if the item meets our policy, the customer will be notified and the account credited minus the 25% restocking fee. Please send all returns back to:
